Recycling banks

There are recycling banks throughout the borough which help you recycle when you are out and about, and to recycle more things.

At recycling banks you can recycle: foil, glass, paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, textiles and cartons.

There are over 60 recycling banks in Havering, find out where they are and what you can recycle at each one on the Havering council website.

Tetra Paks

There are five locations in the borough where you can recycle your Tetra Pak cartons:

• Front Lane car park, Cranham
• Gerpins Lane RRC, Upminster
• Sainsbury’s, Hornchurch
• Tesco Rex Close, Collier Row
• Tesco Roneo Corner, Romford

Batteries

There are several new battery recycling boxes around the area, find your nearest one here (PDF, 25kb).

Don't forget there are also lots of materials you can recycle at your nearest Reuse and Recycling Centre.
