Barking and Dagenham council provide a blue box and orange recycling bags, delivered each quarter to help you recycle.

They collect your recycling every week on the same day as they collect your rubbish. To find out when this is, go to the council’s website. Please leave your recycling bags and box inside the boundary of your property – not on the pavement – by 6.30am on your collection day.

Here's what you can recycle in your orange recycling bags:
	Newspapers and magazines White and coloured paper Catalogues and directories Leaflets and envelopes Thin card, e.g. cereal boxes Thick cardboard - place next to your orange bag
	Please empty contents and rinse
	Please remove tops, rinse and squash
