Give and Take Day

Why not clear out some of your unwanted items and pick up something new at our Give and Take Day!
The event is all about encouraging reuse and preventing waste from going to landfill. It’s all very simple, if you have something you no longer want or use bring it along, we’ll have tables filled with donations from other people too.
If there is something you see that you like and would make use of, feel free to take it, it’s all completely free.
Previous events have had a huge range of items, from pots and pans to Prada bags, DVDs to designer dresses. One person’s rubbish really is someone else’s treasure.
In addition to piles of goodies, there will also be some fantastic children’s recycling craft activities, competitions and information on recycling in Havering.
Please make sure any donations to the Give and Take are clean and in good working order, and note we are not able to accept any electrical items.
